• This service is a custom-made production service that produces costumes based on customer requests.
• When ordering a custom-made product, we will need one of the following to take the doll's measurements.
  
  {A} You send us the doll itself, and we will take care of it until the costume is completed. {B} You measure the detailed dimensions of the doll yourself and send us the measurements.
  
  In the case of "A," we can make a costume that fits the doll perfectly, but in the case of "B," we will make the costume slightly larger because we cannot try it on the doll during and after production to check it (to avoid the costume being too small to wear).
• The estimated delivery time for costumes will vary depending on the difficulty of production and the volume of orders, but is as follows for each category listed in "Custom-made Prices".
  
  Category 1: Casual clothes such as everyday wear: About 1 month Category 2: Clothes for going out that emphasize design: About 1 month Category 3: Cosplay clothes with simple designs: About 1.5 months Category 4: Cosplay clothes with complex designs: About 1.5 months
  
  Both periods are based on the arrival of the doll (or the detailed measurements of the doll) at our company. For accurate prices and delivery times, please send us a photo of the costume via the inquiry form .
• When making costumes with patterns or designs specific to a character, printing onto the fabric is necessary. The character's pattern is designed and digitized on a computer, and then printed onto the fabric, so the delivery time will be about two weeks longer.
• Once your order is confirmed, we will begin production immediately. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations, size changes, design changes, or color changes after the order is confirmed.
• Each costume is individually handcrafted, so it may not be exactly the same in every detail as the photo or illustration you provide.
• All fabric color checks are done online, so the color of the fabric you see on your screen may differ from the color of the fabric on the actual costume.
• If the costume has any defects or issues upon arrival, please contact us within one week of arrival. If the defect or issue is due to our technical issues, please return the costume to us. We will correct the defect or issue and re-deliver it to you. In this case, we will cover the cost of correction and round-trip shipping.
• If you contact us more than one week after the product arrives, we will not be able to respond to any defects or malfunctions.
• If you wish to make changes for your own reasons, such as the costume arriving with a different fabric or color than you expected, or you wish to change a small detail, you will be responsible for the cost of alterations and round-trip shipping.
