《How to order custom doll clothes》
Step 1
Please send us a photo or illustration of the costume you would like made using the "Quote Form".
If we need any more information to provide you with a quote or if we have any questions, we will contact you by email.

Step 2
Once we have gathered all the information necessary for a quote, we will send you a quote (price, delivery date) by email.

Step 3
Once your order is confirmed, please pay the production fee.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Once we have confirmed your payment, your request for the custom-made doll clothing service will be complete.

Step 4
Please send us the doll itself so we can measure it (or provide us with detailed dimensional information of the doll).
For details, please refer to the "Things to check before placing an order" at the bottom.

Step 5
Once we receive your doll, we will begin production.
First, once you have selected the fabric you want to use, we will send you a photo via email for your confirmation.

Step 6
Once we have confirmed the fabric we will use, we proceed to the sewing process.
During production, we will contact you via email as necessary to discuss finishing methods, etc.

Step 7
Once production has progressed to a certain extent, we will send you photos by email as appropriate and provide you with an interim report on the production status.

Step 8
Once the costume is completed, we will ship it to you. Thank you for waiting!

<Items to check before placing an order>
- Service Overview <br/>This service is a custom-made doll clothing production service that creates costumes requested by customers based on their requests.
- Doll measurements <br/>When requesting a custom-made doll clothing service, one of the following documents will be required in order to take the doll's measurements.
{A} Please send us the doll itself and we will keep it until the costume is completed.
B) Please measure the detailed dimensions of the doll yourself and send us the measurements.
In the case of (A) , we can make a costume that fits the doll's body shape quite well, but in the case of (B) , we will make the costume with a little room (larger) because we cannot try it on the doll during production or after completion (to avoid the costume being too small to wear).
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from the doll when you send it to us. -
Costume Delivery Time <br/>The number of days until the costume is completed and delivered for our doll clothes custom-made production service varies depending on the difficulty of the costume production and the number of orders, but it usually takes 1 to 2 months. All of these are the period from when the doll itself (or the detailed measurements of the doll) arrives at our company.
To find out the exact price and delivery date, please request a quote using the "Quote Form" and include a photo or illustration of the costume you would like made. - Cancellation after request has been accepted <br/>Once the production fee has been transferred, your request for the custom-made doll clothing production service will be considered accepted. As we immediately begin preparations for production, we are unable to accept cancellations after your request has been accepted.
- Changing specifications during production <br/>Once production has begun, the production process will have progressed with the purchase of fabric and the creation of fabric printing data, so we cannot accept changes to the contents stated in the quotation during production.
- Conformity to the photograph or illustration provided at the time of the request <br/>When producing a costume, we will discuss the details thoroughly with the customer, but it may not be completely identical to the photograph or illustration provided by the customer in every detail.
- Fabric Color <br/>We will check the fabric color by sending you photos or videos of the fabric to be used via email, so the fabric color you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual costume fabric color.
- Costume Defects <br/>If the delivered costume has a defect or malfunction, please contact us within one week of arrival. If the defect or malfunction is due to a technical problem on our part, please return the costume. We will correct the defect or malfunction and re-deliver the costume. In this case, we will cover the cost of correction and round-trip shipping costs. If you contact us more than one week after arrival, we will not be able to handle the defect or malfunction.
- Various changes to costumes after delivery
If you would like to make any changes to the costume due to your circumstances, such as changing the material or color of the fabric of the delivered costume being different from what you expected, or changing a small part of the costume, please contact us. In this case, the cost of the changes and the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
