Doll Clothes Custom Order Process
Step 1
Please send us a photo or illustration of the costume you would like made using the "Quote Form".
If we need any more information to provide you with a quote or if we have any questions, we will contact you by email.
Step 2
Once we have gathered all the information necessary for a quote, we will send you a quote (price, delivery date) by email.
Step 3
Once you decide to place an order, please make the payment.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Upon confirmation of payment by our company, your custom doll outfit order will be officially accepted.
Step 4
Please send us the doll itself so we can measure it (or provide us with detailed dimensional information of the doll).
For details, please refer to the "Things to check before placing an order" at the bottom.
Step 5
Once we receive your doll, we will begin production.
First, once you have selected the fabric you want to use, we will send you a photo via email for your confirmation.
Step 6
Once we have confirmed the fabric we will use, we proceed to the sewing process.
During production, we will contact you via email as necessary to discuss finishing methods, etc.
Step 7
Once production has progressed to a certain extent, we will send you photos by email as appropriate and provide you with an interim report on the production status.
Step 8
Once the costume is completed, we will ship it to you. Thank you for waiting!

When ordering a custom-made item, you can discuss directly with our costume designers about the finishing method. After requesting a quote, you will need to come to our workshop in Nagoya. Every month, customers come to our shop bringing the doll itself, which we will keep for measurement purposes.

Service Overview
This service is a custom doll outfit production service where we create the costume you request based on your order. -
Doll Measurements
When ordering our custom doll outfit production service, one of the following will be required for doll measurements:
(A) You send us the doll itself, and we will keep it until the costume is completed.
(B) You measure the detailed dimensions of the doll yourself and send us the numerical data.
In case (A), we can produce a costume that fits the doll's body very snugly. However, in case (B), since we cannot check the costume on the doll during or after production (to avoid it being too small to put on), we will make it with a slight allowance (slightly larger).
Please note that the round-trip shipping cost for sending the doll itself to our company will be borne by the customer. -
Costume Delivery Time
The number of days until completion and delivery of costumes for our custom doll outfit production service varies depending on the difficulty of the costume's production and the volume of orders, but it usually takes 2 to 3 months. This period begins from the date the doll itself (or the detailed measurements of the doll) arrives at our company.
For accurate pricing and delivery times, please request a quote via the "Quotation Form" along with photos or illustrations of the costume you wish to have made. -
Cancellation After Order Acceptance
Upon confirmation of payment for the production cost, the custom doll outfit production service order is accepted, and we immediately begin preparation work. Therefore, cancellations cannot be accepted after order acceptance. -
Specification Changes During Production
Once production begins, the manufacturing process progresses, including the purchase of fabric and creation of fabric print data. Therefore, changes from the specifications listed in the estimate cannot be accepted during production. -
Consistency with Photos and Illustrations at the Time of Order
We will proceed with costume production in close consultation with the customer, but the finished product may not be perfectly identical in every detail to the photos or illustrations provided by the customer. -
Fabric Color Tone
Fabric color will be confirmed by sending photos or videos of the fabric to be used via email for your review. Therefore, the fabric color seen on screen may appear slightly different from the actual costume fabric color. -
Costume Defects
If the delivered costume has defects or malfunctions, please contact us within one week of arrival. If the defect or malfunction is due to our technical issues, please return the costume. We will repair the defective or malfunctioning part and redeliver it. In this case, we will bear the repair costs and round-trip shipping fees. If you contact us after one week of arrival, we will not be able to address the defect or malfunction. -
Various Changes to the Costume After Delivery
If you wish to make various changes due to your circumstances, such as finding that the fabric material or color of the delivered costume is different from what you expected, or wanting to change minor details, please contact us. In this case, the cost of changes and round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
