The Alpha BJD is a large doll, approximately 78cm tall. Since there are few ready-made clothes that perfectly fit dolls of this size, custom orders are particularly valuable. In this case, considering the time, shipping costs, and customs issues of sending the doll body from overseas, we used a substitute doll body of similar height available in Japan for production.
Because it's a suit style that doesn't require a high degree of body conformity, we were able to achieve a high level of fit even without the actual doll, thanks to accurate measurement data and our extensive production experience. The jacket's shoulder width, sleeve length, overall length, and the trousers' waist to hem were all meticulously calculated to fit the Alpha BJD's physique.

Men's suits are items that require advanced tailoring techniques even for human clothing. Reproducing them in doll size demands even higher technical skill and meticulous attention to detail.
[Jacket Details] We faithfully reproduced the structure of a real suit in 78cm size, including the shape of the tailored jacket's lapels, sleeve attachment, and shoulder lines. Even the front button placement and pocket details are finished just like a real business suit. The lining is also carefully processed, giving a luxurious feel even when taking it on and off.
[Beautiful Silhouette of the Trousers] The key to slacks is the beautiful silhouette from the waist to the hips, thighs, and hem. To achieve this clean line in doll size, we repeatedly adjusted patterns to find the optimal balance. The waistband specifications and pocket placement also follow genuine slacks for an authentic feel.
[Delicate Craftsmanship of the Shirt] The refreshing blue shirt was meticulously crafted down to the smallest details, including the collar shape, button placement, and cuff design. Despite being doll-sized, we aimed for the same quality as a human dress shirt. Attention was paid to ensuring it looks good even when the jacket is removed.

For doll-sized clothing, fabric selection is extremely important. If the fabric is the same thickness as for human clothing, it will be bulky and unnatural in doll size. Conversely, if it's too thin, it won't give the suit its characteristic substantial feel.
For this project, taking advantage of the relatively large 78cm doll size, we carefully selected fabrics with appropriate thickness and texture. This allowed us to achieve both the luxurious feel characteristic of a suit and a beautiful silhouette in doll size.
The sewing was done stitch by stitch with the skilled techniques of doll clothes specialists. We pursued an uncompromising finish, from the assembly of small parts, to the finishing of collars and sleeves, and the hemming.
