This project is a dedicated work that completely recreates a full set of authentic formal suits worn by adult men, all in the tiny Nendoroid size of approximately 14cm tall. Based on reference photos provided by our client, we meticulously crafted a 6-piece set—shirt, vest, tie, jacket, trousers, and shoes—without compromising on any detail.

The charm of a formal suit lies in the beauty of its layered components: the shirt, vest, and jacket. Achieving this layered style on a doll size of just 14cm requires careful consideration of the thickness and material selection for each item.
For this project, we selected a thin, soft fabric for the shirt, a moderately firm material for the vest, and a fabric that adds dimension for the jacket. By utilizing the unique characteristics of each, we succeeded in creating a beautiful silhouette without bulkiness, even with three layers. Each layer naturally overlaps to fit the Nendoroid's small physique, producing a three-dimensional and luxurious feel just like a real suit.

Creating formal suits in Nendoroid size requires even more advanced techniques than typical doll clothing production.
[Shirt Collar] To maintain a beautiful collar shape, we used ultra-fine interlining and millimeter-precise stitching. The neckline stands up neatly, expressing the elegance characteristic of formal wear.
[Vest Front] Buttonholes and pockets, elements of a real vest, were reproduced as much as possible. Through millimeter-precise work from fabric cutting to sewing, we achieved details that are astounding for a 14cm size.

[Trousers] We meticulously measured and produced the waist, inseam, and hem length to perfectly fit the Nendoroid's body. Fabric elasticity was also considered to ensure a beautiful silhouette whether standing or sitting.
[Shoes] A professional's work leaves no detail unattended, even down to the feet. We recreated the form and color characteristic of men's dress shoes, completing the suit style from the ground up.
