My Style Dolls' custom-made doll clothing service has been very well received. We recently delivered a costume that was requested, so we would like to introduce the production process to you.
We received a request from a customer to make custom doll clothes, as shown in the photo below . This costume falls into category "4" (simple design cosplay clothes) in our production difficulty level. ☟
There are nine items to be made:

First, we will make the undergarment (bra) to fit the doll.
Put a kimono undergarment on the doll and then create a pattern for the top.
We will create a jacket based on the pattern.
This costume has a unique design pattern for the doll, so we cannot use commercially available fabrics and need to print the design pattern on white fabric. We create the design data for the pattern on a computer while looking at the picture sent by the customer . The pattern of the parts that cannot be seen in the picture is drawn from our imagination. ☟
Once the design data is created, it is sent to the printing factory. The fabric with the printed design will be completed in about 1 to 2 weeks.
Put the jacket on the doll and then make the obi on top of it.
Now we will make the back of the obi.
We will make a hakama.
We will make the accessories attached to the obi.
We will be making hair accessories.
We will make the sleeves of the jacket.
At this point, the costume is complete.
Finally, we will create a rod-shaped weapon. First, we will read the shape of the weapon using a computer and create a pattern.
Cut out the material according to the pattern.
The cut out material will be painted.
It's finally finished! It took a total of 90 days to make. Thank you for your hard work! ☟
